Meet Edward Arriola Jr.

I've built my career solving problems.

For more than twenty years, I've worked across business, tourism, insurance, technology, data analytics, and public policy. Throughout my career, I've helped organizations strengthen their finances, improve employee benefits, grow businesses, analyze complex data, and make better decisions.

Tourism has been a major part of my professional journey. I've worked with hotels, tour operators, destination marketing, and international promotion, helping showcase the Northern Mariana Islands to visitors from Asia and around the world. I've developed marketing campaigns, analyzed tourism trends, supported business development, and worked alongside both the private sector and nonprofit organizations to strengthen our local economy.

Whether helping businesses attract more visitors, advising employers on healthcare costs, or providing data-driven solutions, my approach has always been the same: identify the problem, develop practical solutions, and deliver results.

But no professional title matters more than being a husband, father, and member of this community. Like many families across the CNMI, my family experienced the devastation of Typhoon Sinlaku. We understand firsthand the frustration of damaged homes, delayed recovery, rising costs, and uncertainty about the future.

That experience reinforced what I've believed throughout my career: government should work for the people—not the other way around.

I'm running for the House of Representatives because Precinct 3 deserves practical leadership grounded in real-world experience. I believe we can strengthen our economy by supporting local businesses, revitalizing tourism, creating opportunities for our young people, improving government accountability, and ensuring taxpayer dollars are spent wisely.

I don't believe in empty promises.

I believe in listening, solving problems, and getting results.

Together, we can build a stronger future for Precinct 3 and the Commonwealth.

My Story

People often ask why I'm running for the House of Representatives.

The answer isn't found in a campaign slogan, it's found in my life.

I was raised to believe that your word matters, hard work matters, and that when your community needs help, you step forward. Those values have guided every chapter of my life.

Over the past twenty-five years, I've had the opportunity to work in government, tourism, nonprofit organizations, business development, healthcare, insurance, and technology. Each experience taught me something different, but they all shared one lesson: good decisions come from listening, studying the facts, and putting people first.

I've worked to promote the CNMI to visitors around the world. I've helped businesses grow, analyzed complex financial issues, and worked with employers to improve healthcare benefits for working families. I've seen firsthand what happens when government works well, and when it doesn't.

But my greatest education has come outside the office.

I'm a husband. I'm a father. Like many parents, I've worried about my children's future, wondered whether there will be enough opportunities for them here at home, and asked what kind of Commonwealth we'll leave to the next generation.

From Typhoons to a Pandemic and then back to Typhoon..our worlds were changed.

Like thousands of families, we experienced the uncertainty that followed: the damage, the long recovery, and the frustration of navigating government assistance. It reminded me that behind every policy is a real family trying to rebuild their lives.

These experiences strengthened my belief that our government must become more responsive, more accountable, and more focused on delivering results.

I'm not running because I have all the answers. I'm running because I know how to solve problems.

Throughout my career, I've built teams, analyzed data, balanced budgets, negotiated solutions, and brought people together. I believe those same skills can help strengthen Precinct 3 and the Commonwealth.

I believe we can rebuild our economy, support local businesses, revitalize tourism, improve government services, and create more opportunities for our young people.

This campaign isn't about politics.

It's about service and making sure every family has a reason to believe that our best days are still ahead. If you place your trust in me, I'll work every day to earn it.

Together, we'll build a stronger Precinct 3—and a stronger Commonwealth.
